Salter-Harris - epiphyseal fractures
- Type I - Hard to detect on x-ray, if swelling and TTP treat as a Type I fx
- Type II - 75% of all Salter-Harris fx's
- Type III - Growth may be interupted, fx reduction does not guarantee normal growth
- Type IV - Anatomic reduction is essential and may require surgery
- Type V - Rare, growth arrest is expected
