Orbital Cellulitis
- Vision threatening (11% of patients)
- Occurs behind the orbital septum
- Proptosis
- Pain and/or restriction with EOM
- Afferent pupillary defect
- Toxic appearance
- CT orbits with and without contrast
Pre-Septal Cellulits
- Infection of eyelids and/or periorbital soft tissue
- Occurs in front of the orbital septum
