• Elevated INR
• IV Vitamin K
• IV FFP or PCC (prothrombin complex concentrate)
  
• NovoSeven is probably not sufficient on its own
• Elevated BP (BP > 150)
  
• BP > 200
• IV infusion to lower
  
• BP > 180
• IV or push doses to lower
