• Evaluation
• Labs - CBC, BMP, LFT, BCx, UA, UCx, Thin/Thick Blood Smears
• Consider - stool cultures, HIV testing, STD testing, LP
  
• Imaging - CXR, consider CT-Head, consider U/S abdomen
