ABEM Maintenance of Certification
- Professional standing
- Maintain a current, active, and valid medical license
- LLSA
- Take and pass 4 LLSA tests in years 1-5 of Board Certification
- Take and pass 4 LLSA tests in years 5-10 of Board Certification
- Take 25 AMA PRA Category 1 CME credits per year
- ConCert Exam
- Take and pass during last 5 years of current Board Certification
- Assessment of Practice Performance
- PI program (through your department or group practice)
- Communcation/Professionalism program (Press-Ganey, HCAHPS, etc.)
